As consultants, we are ask for help finding qualified candidates to fill a variety of positions in operations we are not developing. These inquiries come from operators we are professionally associated with around the country, and the opportunities vary. Positions range from hotel level, ie. Director of Operations to restaurant specific, ie. Chefs, General Managers, Beverage Managers. Level 2 and above Sommeliers.

Task Force Job Opportunities

As consultants, we are sometimes called in to work with a client to get them through a transition phase of their operation. It might be creating a new menu, training the staff to execute that menu and putting other the pieces in place to sustain the new offerings (ie. negotiating vendor relationships). It might be working with a front of house team to improve customer service, implement new sequence of service, training team on standards of service, or implementing a new POS or other software.
